Grounds

 

Apprentice Grounds-Person
Location: York Sports Club
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience, Pension and free Bar Discount Card
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours a week

An exciting opportunity has arisen with York Sports Club, who are seeking an apprentice grounds-person

to help oversee the 25-acre site on the outskirts of the city centre.

The site promotes fantastic facilities for Cricket, Rugby, Tennis and Squash.

York Sports Club are proud to host professional County Cricket games as well as high level cricket training throughout the summer,

whilst also hosting high-standard rugby throughout the winter.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual

Bar

We require bar staff to work in our lounge bar and function rooms.

We are open every day with a varied customer base.

Previous experience isn’t always necessary as full training will be given.

You need to be reliable, friendly, flexible and hardworking.

Kitchen 

​

We require kitchen staff to work in our busy kitchen.

Varied duties and days.

If you're reliable, friendly, flexible and hardworking, then you will fit right into our team.

Food Safety Level 2 Qualification required.
